What’s jet lag? After three hours of sleep (if you can call it that) and you can see the sun peeking through the curtains that don’t close all the way…. and you are in Rome, Italy… you just have to get up.
I start my day (which is actually the afternoon for me) always with a Doppio espresso.  As you can see by the picture above, that’s how feel… jet lagged.

Once you get going, nothing seems to matter when you’re spending the day in Rome.  And when you only have one day you make the most of it.  One of may favorite places to go is the rooftop bar at the Hotel Raphael.  Prosecco is always a good choice.  The staff is always welcoming and the view is spectacular!
